Nursery

J is finally old enough for nursery this week and we were very excited to let him in. He did very well! He wasn't all that interested in leaving at the end with the bubble machine still going! We are so glad that he finally has reached that milestone. It has gone by rather fast but is such a blessing to be able to sit in classes without a little one distracting the lesson. Yeah for our little man!

Cousin Sleep Over

We've had lots of family around recently, my Aunt D, Sister-in-law G with her kids and J with her kids. The T stayed at our house a couple nights. This is how the sleep over went...

Our New Playground

Well, it is finally finished!!! Z has been hard at work on getting the playground together minus last week. He is all done! It is a wonderful thing for the children. They have enjoyed watching and helping Z along the way. If anyone wants to come visit, we have plenty of entertainment for the little ones. Notice the three swings, the tire swing, two big slides, a climbing wall on the back, a rope ladder, a covered fort, and a sandbox. You couldn't want anything else. Well maybe the ground cover we're working on, it will be added shortly.
Playing in the sun!
Our little pool
The children love it to cool off with the temperatures so hot!
We went to the church welfare farm and picked apricots
Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves
W and J found large sticks to fight with and the older kids loved actually picking and dumping the apricots when their buckets were full. We thought it would be a great way to teach them the importance of service.

YW Camp & Independence Celebration

I left to Girl's Camp tuesday morning at 7am then didn't return until about 5pm on Thursday night. We had lots of fun! It was so similar and yet so different from my experiences as a youth. The girls seemed to love the experience and shared wonderful testimonies when it was through.

As soon as I was showered after my camping trip we got in the van and drove to SL to spend the holiday with my sister and her family. We went to the Provo Independence Day Parade and then spent the remaining daylight hours at Seven Peaks Water Park in Provo. Z called and invited his brothers and E (C's Fiance). C and E joined us at Seven Peaks and J later joined us for the fireworks from the Stadium of Fire. It was very eventful. We got back to Salt Lake around midnight and then played with cousins and did a little bit of shopping on Saturday before heading back down to St George.
