Mr. A's work Christmas party for Infowest took us out the Switchback Grille. It is located in Springdale, just outside of Zion's National Park. It was a very nice gathering and the people were very nice. We had a wonderful evening without any kids. Thanks to my sisters. Mr. A ordered us Prime Rib thinking it was more like ribs but it was still very good. I am personally not into much red meat and haven't really acquired much of a taste for it so the turkey dinner looked a little better. Like the saying goes, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. He did order a New York Cheesecake that was quite good. It was a very good night and fun to just be us, not just the parents of four small children!
